We regularly evaluate the risk of modern slavery within our business. Given our focus on skilled professional services within the UK, we assess our overall risk of modern slavery as low. However, we remain vigilant regarding secondary supply chains, such as IT hardware or facilities management, and apply proportionate scrutiny based on identified risks.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks, we provide awareness training to all staff during their induction. This training ensures colleagues are empowered to recognise and respond to signs of modern slavery or domestic servitude.
This statement is made voluntarily in alignment with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It has been approved by the Board of Directors and will be reviewed annually.
